This was my first time buying a home and I knew nothing about the process. When I met Rob, I instantly knew it was going to be a great experience. Robert was very attentive with our needs. We explained that we were a blended family, which will bring 4 teenagers together, so we needed 5 bedroom with enough bathrooms for 2 boys and 2 girls, so privacy was a must. He managed to find a 2.5 story, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, with the perfect solutions for everyone, that included a loft for our massive vinyl collection. We were concerned that the current market would be an issue due to it volatility. Robert knows a lot of the other Real Estate Professionals in the area which makes it so much easier to negotiate, and get a deal quicker and easier. A definite must for today's volatile market. I will be recommending Robert for any Real Estate needs to friends and family in the Kansas City area, if its a Traditional or VA type of need.

 

 

 

Robert did well at communication whether it was scheduling a time to go look at a house or during the buying process. Once he understood where my budget was, he respected it and only showed me houses I could afford. I truly believe he had my interests at heart.

I've known Robert for several years, where he's helped me buy our home and now sell our home. His loyalty to his customers are second to none. If you want someone to be family and take care of your family, Robert is the best (I still keep in touch with his son that's also in the U.S. Army). He understood our home, our market, and our wants and needs. He went above and beyond the scope of a realtor to ensure our contractors were doing their jobs, and constantly advised with what should be updated/improved for the best possible outcomes. There is innately a lot of stress in buying and selling homes, but Robert with his advice and expertise, makes it a lot easier and less stressful. His ability to effectively communicate and work with the customer on solutions important to the customer was very important to me. From start to finish Rob was able to help us in our quest to sell our house.
